At R2LB (Rules to Live By), we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Our return policy is clear, fair, and designed to protect both our customers and our brand.

Eligible Returns

We gladly accept returns for the following situations:
  • Wrong item received

  • Wrong size shipped (different from what you ordered)

  • Damaged or defective product upon arrival

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:
  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging

  • If tags are removed or the product shows signs of wear, it will be considered worn. Acceptance of such returns is at the sole discretion of R2LB

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Sale or clearance merchandise

  • Gift cards or promotional products

  • Custom or personalized orders

Return Shipping

If the return is due to R2LB’s error (wrong item, wrong size, or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection

R2LB reserves the right to issue store credit instead of refunds where appropriate

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns. If your requested size or item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued according to the policy above.

International Returns

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and fees unless the error is on R2LB.

We are not liable for customs delays or packages lost in international return transit.

Final Statement

All items are subject to availability.

R2LB may discontinue or limit quantities at any time.
